Informazioni su slayr

He gained early attention with the 2021 single "Fourth Gear Cypher" and continued developing his catalog through a series of mixtapes, including Gaia (2023), inspired by producers Pi'erre Bourne and Kanye West. His sixth mixtape, Half Blood (2025), became his breakthrough release, drawing millions of YouTube views and leading to a deal with Columbia Records; a deluxe edition, Half Blood (BloodLuxe), followed in 2026.

In 2026 Slayr released the six-track EP Avant Nova, produced in part by Underscores, and performed at festivals including Rolling Loud and Summer Smash. He was named to XXL magazine's Freshman Class and included in The Fader's list of the year's coolest artists, with Pitchfork describing his work as prioritizing craft over raw feeling within the rage-rap genre.
