Held in the village of Letymbou in Paphos, the Resi Festival is a two-day community celebration rooted in local tradition. Across the event, visitors can follow guided tours that take in the village's Saint Kerikos Church and the Makarounas winery, explore painting and wedding-photo exhibitions, and enjoy wine tastings of Cypriot varieties. Traditional delicacies prepared at a local house are served at the cultural centre, and the programme includes a classic village game, Pingo–Tompoula.
Set around the Letymbou Cultural Centre, the festival's second evening becomes a proper feast, with a buffet dinner offering regular, religious-diet, vegetarian and gluten-free options, followed by an official ceremony and live music, songs and dance. It's a genuine taste of Cypriot village life, pairing local food and wine with exhibitions and performances that unfold late into the night.
