During the first half of September, the neighbourhood of Farró comes alive with its annual Festa Major, a celebration rooted in local tradition. The civic centre Vil·la Urània, named after the astronomer Josep Comas i Solà, serves as a hub for the festivities, offering a packed programme of activities for all ages.
Visitors can expect a mix of family workshops, textile art sessions, science outreach activities, and live performances. The centre also hosts the permanent exhibition 'Josep Comas i Solà' and the UràniaLAB, a space dedicated to scientific experimentation.
