Guerrero: Flamenco Returns to Madrid

Ten years after its premiere, Eduardo Guerrero brings *Guerrero* back to the stage, now a mature and profound reflection on the passage of time. Loosely inspired by Sun Tzu's *The Art of War*, the piece turns the outer battle into an intimate, poetic journey where the dancer's body dialogues with his own history and bonds. Through the suggestive symbolism of the red thread, Guerrero pays a beautiful tribute to the women who have marked his life, exploring a masculinity that finds its true strength in listening, permanence, and care.

Accompanied on stage by the depth of cante and guitar, the audience witnesses a display of pure and contemporary flamenco, demonstrating that the true victory is not to conquer but to remain. Guerrero, one of the most powerful, elegant, and innovative figures in current flamenco, trained in Spanish Dance in his native Cádiz and consolidated his technique in the companies of great references such as Eva Yerbabuena and Rocío Molina before launching a brilliant solo career in 2011.
