La Rive de Neuilly: Summer Swimming in Neuilly-sur-Marne

This summer, Neuilly-sur-Marne opens a natural swimming area at La Rive de Neuilly, offering a safe and accessible spot to cool off in the Marne River. The 300 m² zone features a 25-meter pool with a depth of 1.80 meters, plus a smaller 10-meter pool with depths of 1.10 and 0.40 meters, making it suitable for swimmers of all levels. Lifeguards are on duty, and colorful changing cabins add a beachy vibe.

The site is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a ramp and dedicated water entry system. As the only public swimming area in Seine-Saint-Denis and the fourth in Île-de-France, it provides a unique opportunity for a river dip. Sessions last two hours, with a discounted one-hour slot from 11am to 12pm on weekdays. Note that opening depends on weather and water quality conditions.
