Oktoberfest Budapest 2026 & 2027: Dates and Venues
Unlike Munich’s single continuous fairground, Oktoberfest Budapest is a citywide series of pop-up beer gardens spread across several of Budapest’s best-known outdoor spaces, running over multiple weekends each autumn.

Quick answer
The 2026 edition spans three weekends — 27–29 September, 4–6 October and 10–13 October 2026 — across Erzsébet tér (Fröccsterasz), Margaret Island, Buda Castle’s Savoya Terrace, Time Out Market Budapest in Corvin Palace, Normafa Ski Lodge, a Dob Street bazaar and City Park’s lake and ice rink.
2027 dates have not been announced. Based on the two most recent editions — the 2025 event (its 11th) ran two main weekends, 26–28 September and 3–5 October, plus extra dates at Buda Castle and an Après-Ski finale in mid-October — the festival consistently lands in the late-September-to-mid-October window, so that is a reasonable planning range for 2027, but not a confirmed date.
When and where — Oktoberfest Budapest 2026

When is Oktoberfest Budapest 2027?
Not yet announced as of this writing. The 2025 (11th) and 2026 editions both ran across late September into early-to-mid October, spread over two to three weekends at different venues each time — a consistent enough window to plan a rough autumn trip around, but the organisers have not published a 2027 schedule, so treat "late September to mid-October" as a pattern, not a booking.
