Los Lobos rose to international stardom in 1987 when their version of 'La Bamba' topped the Billboard Hot 100 and charted globally. Their songs have been recorded by artists such as Elvis Costello, Waylon Jennings, and Robert Plant. The band has been nominated for twelve Grammy Awards and won four, and was inducted into the Austin City Limits Hall of Fame in 2018.
