Victor Goines Quartet at Snug Harbor

Victor Goines, a New Orleans native and acclaimed jazz saxophonist, clarinetist, composer, and educator, brings his quartet to the intimate Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro on Frenchmen Street. A longtime member of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and the Wynton Marsalis Septet, Goines has performed with icons like Ray Charles, Dizzy Gillespie, Stevie Wonder, and Bob Dylan, and contributed to the Pulitzer Prize–winning Blood on the Fields. His prolific career includes over 200 compositions and ten albums as a bandleader.

At Snug Harbor, attendees can expect two sets of classic jazz in the club's cozy Music Room, where table service offers charcuterie, cocktails, and soft drinks to preserve the focus on the music. The adjacent Dining Room serves a full dinner menu before the show, and advance ticket holders can reserve tables online.
