Nino Frassica (Antonino Frassica) was born on 11 December 1950 in Messina, Sicily, and is an Italian comedian and actor who has been active since 1970. He is known for deadpan, absurd humour that critics have described as nonsense comedy. He has also worked as a radio host and television personality.

His television career took off in the 1980s through Renzo Arbore, with Quelli della notte (1985) and Indietro tutta! (1987). Since 2000 he has played Marshal Nino Cecchini in the long-running series Don Matteo. His film credits include Baarìa (2009), directed by Giuseppe Tornatore, and The Tourist (2010), and he co-hosted the Sanremo Music Festival in 2025.

Frassica has also published several books, including Novella Bella (Mondadori, 2018), which grew out of a fictional magazine segment on the television programme Che fuori tempo che fa. On the stage he has appeared in the Nino Frassica Show (2008), and he leads the band Los Plaggers. He has presented radio programmes on Rai Radio 2, including Programmone from 2015.
