The Orchestra della Toscana, abbreviated ORT, is an orchestra based in Florence, with its seat at the Teatro Verdi. It was founded in 1980 on the initiative of the Regione Toscana, the Provincia di Firenze and the Comune di Firenze. Its legal name is Fondazione Orchestra Regionale Toscana.

In 1983 the Italian Ministry of Tourism and Entertainment recognised it as an Istituzione Concertistica Orchestrale, under the artistic direction of Luciano Berio according to Italian Wikipedia. The orchestra has 45 musicians. Daniele Spini is the current artistic director, and Diego Ceretta has been principal conductor since March 2023.

Rehearsals and concerts take place at the Teatro Verdi, and programmes are then repeated across Tuscany. The orchestra has also performed elsewhere in Italy and abroad, including in Madrid and at Carnegie Hall in New York. Its calendar includes a concert season, the Musica Diffusa series, chamber groups and education programmes for families.
