PanPers are an Italian comedy duo made up of Andrea Pisani, born in Turin on 17 May 1987, and Luca Peracino, born in Pietà, Malta, on 25 October 1987. The name derives from the diaper brand Pampers: the organiser of their first cabaret event chose it because they were about 19 and much younger than the other performers, and the spelling was changed to avoid copyright problems.
They trained in cabaret workshops, including Cab41 in Turin and Zelig in Turin (2008) and Milan (2009). From September 2009 they appeared on the Italia 1 programme Colorado, and Italian Wikipedia lists them in every later edition through 2019. In 2010 they started a YouTube channel known for parody versions of popular songs.
Their television work includes the Disney Channel sitcom In tour (2011-2012), Enjoy - Ridere fa bene (Italia 1, 2020) and, from 2022, co-hosting Only Fun - Comico Show on Nove. They appeared in the films Fuga di cervelli (2013) and I babysitter (2016), and released parody albums such as Non cantiamo mika (2015). Their stage shows include Quasi esauriti, 10 Anni Di Minchiate and Terapia di coppia.
