Gira Rodó. L'home del frac

A man is at home, having just fired a gun, when a stranger in a tailcoat knocks on the door. The stranger is fleeing someone demanding payment of a debt, but the reluctant host has his own secrets. Over the years, the two men become both hunters and prey, constantly on the run—yet it's hard to escape oneself. This tragicomic thriller, written by Alberto Ramos Barranco and directed by Eduard Benito, unfolds over 85 minutes in Catalan, blending tension with dark humor.

Juanjo Hurtado and Eduard Benito bring the two central characters to life, supported by off-screen voices from Walquíria Silva. The production features set design by Joan Colom, lighting by Bernat Piquer, and photography by Pep Payo, with costumes by La dona que cus. The show is part of the Gira Rodó tour, presented free of charge in Barcelona, offering an intimate theatrical experience that probes the limits of flight and self-confrontation.
