Mi lugar seguro: Aventura de Conocerse

In the heart of Burgos, the Biblioteca Pública Municipal "Maria Teresa León" hosts a workshop designed to help children aged 7 to 12 explore their inner world. Through a blend of reading, emotional education, and creative activities, participants learn to recognize their strengths, build a positive self-image, and express themselves in a safe, respectful environment. The session also encourages reflection on dreams and goals, using creativity as a tool for personal growth.

Led by Sonia Otobalea, author of the children's book "Mi lugar seguro," the workshop draws on her experience in emotional well-being and personal development projects. With only 15 spots available, the intimate setting ensures each child receives attention. The experience aims to plant seeds of confidence, enthusiasm, and self-love, making it a meaningful outing for families in the area.
