Keller & The Keels Live at Knitting Factory Boise

Keller Williams, the self-described "musical mad scientist," brings his Appalachian Psychedelic Bluegrass project, Keller & the Keels, to Boise. The trio—featuring flatpicker Larry Keel and bassist Jenny Keel—has been performing together since 2004, but they keep their shows intentionally rare. "We vowed from the beginning that we wouldn't do it often," Keller says, "so that when we did, it would be special—and it is." Expect a joyful, high-energy acoustic picking party that blends bluegrass with psychedelic flourishes.

2026 marks the 20th anniversary of *Grass*, the group's first album together. To celebrate, the album is receiving its first-ever vinyl pressing, available on site at the show.
