Swedish indie pop/rock trio Peter Bjorn and John bring their signature blend of melodic hooks and experimental sounds to Atlanta. Formed in Stockholm in 1999, the band gained international fame with their 2006 single "Young Folks", a catchy duet that became a top 20 hit in the UK and featured in numerous TV shows and video games. Their music draws from influences like The Stone Roses, Depeche Mode, and Fleetwood Mac, yet they carve out a distinct style that has evolved over eight studio albums.
Attendees can expect a lively set spanning the band's career, from the breakthrough Writer's Block to later albums like Darker Days. Peter Bjorn and John are a Swedish indie pop/rock band formed in Stockholm in 1999, named after the first names of the band's members: Peter Morén, Björn Yttling and John Eriksson, known in his solo work as Hortlax Cobra. Yttling also worked as producer for the band's first four albums.
