OlympusMan is a half-iron-distance triathlon that starts before dawn with a 1.9km swim in Pafos harbour, followed by an 84km mountain bike leg with roughly 2,410m of elevation gain through the Diarizos valley and Troodos foothills. The run is an off-road half-marathon finishing at the summit of Mount Olympus, Cyprus's highest point at 1,952 metres.

The full route, from sea-level swim to mountain-top finish, combines Mediterranean open-water swimming with alpine cycling and trail running in a single day, and is held each November on Cyprus's Pafos-to-Troodos course.

Is this for beginners?

No. OlympusMan is designed for experienced triathletes. The 2,410m bike elevation and trail-run finale demand solid fitness and mountain experience.

Can I enter as a team relay?

Yes. Three-person team relay entry is €200 (early) or €225 (late registration)—each athlete completes one discipline.

What is included in entry?

Bib and bike numbers, emergency supplies, energy/hydration at feed stations, medical support, finisher's medal and t-shirt, and return transportation from Olympus summit for completers.
