Under the Stars: An Experiential Evening in Limassol

This summer, the Limassol shoreline becomes a sanctuary for authentic connection under the stars. Led by clinical psychologist Yvoni Konstantinou, this experiential evening invites participants to sit together on the beach and explore life's deeper questions—about meaning, resilience, and the strength we find in hardship. No prior knowledge of psychology is needed; just an open mind and a willingness to listen and share in a respectful, judgment-free space.

The gathering is intentionally intimate, with limited places to foster a safe and familiar atmosphere. Questions like "What helps us keep going when life gets hard?" and "Are difficulties obstacles or opportunities?" guide the dialogue, but the conversation flows naturally, shaped by whoever shows up. The exact beach location is confirmed after registration, adding an element of discovery to the experience.

Attendees are encouraged to come as they feel comfortable—whether in pyjamas, swimwear, or formal attire. While no catering is provided, bringing water or a light snack is recommended for comfort.
