Les Bibliothèques Hors Les Murs 2026

This summer, the Bibliothèque Maurice Genevoix takes its collection outdoors to Parc Chapelle Charbon in the 18th arrondissement. Every Wednesday in July, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM, librarians set up a pop-up reading space where visitors can lounge with a comic book or novel under the sun.

The free, open-air event invites all ages to enjoy literature in a relaxed park setting. It's a perfect way to combine a summer stroll with a quiet reading session, surrounded by the greenery of one of Paris's lesser-known parks.
