Читать все подробности
This summer, the Bibliothèque Maurice Genevoix takes its collection outdoors to Parc Chapelle Charbon in the 18th arrondissement. Every Wednesday in July, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM, librarians set up a pop-up reading space where visitors can lounge with a comic book or novel under the sun.
The free, open-air event invites all ages to enjoy literature in a relaxed park setting. It's a perfect way to combine a summer stroll with a quiet reading session, surrounded by the greenery of one of Paris's lesser-known parks.
Part of the citywide "Les bibliothèques hors les murs" series, this edition highlights the joy of reading alfresco. Whether you're a local or a visitor, it's a charming, low-key cultural outing that celebrates the simple pleasure of a good book in the open air.
