Thrown with Norma Jean and Bolt Cutter

Swedish nu metalcore band Thrown headline this Minneapolis show, bringing their dense, modern metal sound to a bill rounded out by Norma Jean and Bolt Cutter. The set draws on their debut album Excessive Guilt, a record that packs eleven songs into just over twenty minutes of relentless riffing.

Thrown came together around vocalist Marcus Lundqvist, guitarists Johan Liljeblad and Andreas Malm, and drummer/producer Buster Odeholm. Their style — nu metalcore, hardcore, metalcore, and nu metal — makes for a short, sharp live set.
