PeelingFlesh, Gridiron, Fatal Realm and Final Resting Place

PeelingFlesh headlines a four-band bill in Baltimore alongside Gridiron, Fatal Realm and Final Resting Place. The Oklahoma City-formed group mixes slamming brutal death metal with hardcore influences, lacing tracks with hip-hop and Blaxploitation film samples in a sound they call 'Slamming Gangster Groove'. Expect gore- and murder-themed lyrics delivered at punishing, down-tuned volume.

The band originally came together from members of the deathcore act Strangled, and have since built a discography of EPs, collaborations and full-lengths including The G Code and their self-titled album. Festival and tour slots alongside Dying Fetus, Cattle Decapitation, Whitechapel and Revocation underscore their standing in the modern slam death metal scene.
