Robert Ellis at Shank Hall

Fort Worth singer-songwriter Robert Ellis brings his genre-blending sound to Milwaukee's Shank Hall. Drawing from country, pop, and jazz, his set will span albums like Photographs and Texas Piano Man, alongside material from his forthcoming roots-focused record.

Opening the night is Appalachian-born multi-instrumentalist Philip Bowen, whose fiddle-driven folk storytelling roots the evening in tradition. The show is part of Ellis's Country Tour of the Country Tour of the Country, where he performs with a full band for the first time in years.
