The Desert Nudes at Chickie Wah Wah

The Desert Nudes, New Orleans' own trio of vocal and guitar superstar J. P. Carmody, bassist Dave Pomerleau, and musical savant Andre Bohren, bring vocal harmonies and sly humor to cowboy songs, classic country, and roots rock. The band began singing cowboy songs together during the pandemic in the Western desert, in a space where attire may have been optional, and have since packed venues with their unique blend.

After positive audience feedback, the trio released an album titled 'Keep A-Movin’, Dan: Songs of Hydration, Vigor, Horses, and Wide Open Spaces,' featuring vocal harmonies on classics like 'Tumbling Tumbleweeds' and 'Cool Water.' Their live sets are a delightful mix of humor and musicianship.
