Taller 'L'audició musical conscient'

This autumn, Centre Cívic Sarrià in Barcelona offers a workshop series focused on mindful music listening. The sessions invite participants to slow down and engage with music in a more attentive, conscious way, exploring how sound can affect mood and awareness.
