Fanzineitor en Ciudad Lineal

Fanzineitor en Ciudad Lineal is a hands-on workshop that invites young people to discover the fanzine as a free, creative, and accessible way to express themselves. Through self-publishing, participants learn to unleash their creativity using few resources and many ideas. Starting from a common theme, the session combines individual and group dynamics to generate content, bringing it to paper through drawing, writing, and experimentation. It's a space to explore imagination, share perspectives, and give shape to personal stories, with the fanzine becoming a simple yet powerful tool available to anyone, even with zero budget.

The workshop is led by Ruango and Triza, an artistic collective focused on creation and self-publishing. Ruango is a cartoonist, graphic humorist, and comic author linked to the fanzine world, while Triza is an actress, theater creator, and playwright with a multidisciplinary practice. Together, they develop fanzine workshops that treat the publication as an open container where different artistic disciplines can coexist, especially fostering creative expression among young people. At the end of the session, each participant takes home their own fanzine, along with new tools and the motivation to keep creating. The activity is aimed at people aged 15 to 30, creating a meeting space for young people in the Ciudad Lineal district.
