Taller de Zentagle Infantil

This children's Zentangle workshop, organized by the Fuencarral Day and Social Support Center for World Mental Health Day, offers a calm, creative session for kids aged 8 and up. The activity begins with a guided meditation adapted for children, followed by a drawing technique that builds repetitive patterns from simple strokes—no previous artistic experience is needed. Each participant will create and decorate their own bookmark with different tangles to take home.

The workshop takes place at the José Saramago Public Library in the Fuencarral-El Pardo district, a welcoming neighborhood space. It's a free activity, but advance registration is required. During the same period, the library also hosts the 'Zentangle: Zen Space' exhibition, making it a great opportunity to explore the meditative art form further.
