The Bal Balkans brings the vibrant sounds and dances of Southeast Europe to the Philharmonie de Paris. This free event features a mix of professional and amateur musicians performing traditional music from Bulgaria, Turkey, North Macedonia, Bosnia, and Greece.
Led by vocalist and director Milena Jeliazkova, the ensemble includes dancers Fikia Milovska and Ivica Antev, along with instrumentalists on tambura, percussion, clarinet, duduk, gaida, and saxophone. Attendees can expect an immersive evening of live music and folk dance in a festive atmosphere.
