The Comedy Store Players, a group of improvisational comedians, perform at The Comedy Store in London on 3 January 2027 at 19:30. The group first came into being in October 1985 and performs at The Comedy Store once a week on Sunday. Shows last approximately 2 hours, including an interval, and the cast plays 6 or 7 games in that time.

No single host runs the show and there are no points to be won; the players take turns introducing and performing. Games usually include Whoops, Freeze Tag, Guess The Job, Translation, Film & Theatre Styles, Musical, Emotions and The Three Headed Expert. In Whoops, each performer tells a story in turn while the audience shouts "Whoops!

" when someone makes a mistake. The five regular cast members are Josie Lawrence, Neil Mullarkey, Lee Simpson, Richard Vranch and Ruth Bratt, who in 2024 became the first new permanent member in almost 30 years.

Dave Cohen is also named in the line-up. The group was in the Guinness World Records in 2010 for being the world's longest-running comedy show with the same cast.
