The Australian Pink Floyd at Congress Theatre, Eastbourne

The Australian Pink Floyd, a Pink Floyd tribute band, play Congress Theatre in Eastbourne on 23 November 2026 at 19:00. The band formed in 1988 in Adelaide, South Australia. Their live shows aim to recreate the look, feel and sound of Pink Floyd's later world tours, using lasers, inflatables and a large display panel similar to those used by the original band.

The show includes a round screen with intelligent lights arranged around its perimeter, and movies and animations appear on-screen during a concert. Inflatables include Skippy, the band's own giant pink kangaroo.

The current line-up includes Paul Bonney on drums, David Domminney Fowler on guitar and vocals, Chris Barnes on vocals and Ricky Howard on bass guitar and vocals, with Emily Lynn, Lara Smiles and Lorelei McBroom on backing vocals. In 1996 the band performed at David Gilmour's 50th birthday party.
