Isle of MTV returns to Il-Fosos Square (The Granaries) in Floriana, at the entrance to Valletta, on July 22, 2026, headlined by Katy Perry alongside Afrojack and AIDAN, with more acts confirmed closer to the date. Now a fixture of Malta's summer calendar, the festival is famous for being completely free — organizers cover costs through broadcast and sponsorship deals rather than ticket sales.

Gates open at 15:00, with performances building through the afternoon into a headline show after dark. Isle of MTV also kicks off Malta Music Week, five days (July 22-26) of club nights, beach parties and pool sessions across the island.
