The Wailers: 50 Years of Positive Vibrations

The Wailers bring their 50 Years of Positive Vibrations tour to Blue Note Hawaii, a celebration built around Rastaman Vibration. The set draws on songs from the landmark album — “Positive Vibration,” “Roots, Rock, Reggae,” “War” — alongside the timeless classics that have kept the music alive across generations.

Today’s lineup is led by Aston Barrett Jr., son of the legendary bassist Aston “Familyman” Barrett. With that lineage at its core, the band continues to honor its roots while carrying reggae’s message forward on a Honolulu stage.
