Denver Broncos
The Denver Broncos are a professional American football team based in Denver, Colorado, competing in the AFC West division of the National Football League. The franchise was established on August 14, 1959, as a charter member of the American Football League and joined the NFL as part of the 1970 AFL–NFL merger.

Über Denver Broncos
The Broncos have won three Super Bowl championships: Super Bowl XXXII (1997), Super Bowl XXXIII (1998), and Super Bowl 50 (2015), and have appeared in eight AFC Championship games. The team plays its home games at Empower Field at Mile High, its stadium since 2001, after decades at the original Mile High Stadium from 1960 to 2000.
The franchise experienced years of struggle before recording its first winning season in 1973 and reaching the playoffs for the first time in 1977, a run that carried the team to Super Bowl XII. Notable figures in the club's history include quarterbacks John Elway and Peyton Manning and defensive standouts Champ Bailey and Von Miller.
In 2022, the Walton-Penner Family Ownership Group acquired the Broncos for $4.65 billion, ending the Bowlen family's ownership era that had begun in 1984. The team finished the 2025 season 14–3 as the AFC's top seed before losing in the AFC Championship game.
