Über John Summit
He began producing house music in 2017 and broke through in 2020 with "Deep End" on Defected Records, which became that year's longest-running number-one track on Beatport. Dancing Astronaut named him its Breakout Artist in 2021, the same year he topped Beatport's overall sales chart.
Summit founded the label Experts Only in 2022, which SiriusXM named its Powertools Label of the Year for 2025. His production spans house, tech house and techno across original tracks and remixes, and has carried him to festival stages including Ultra, Coachella, Lollapalooza and Tomorrowland.
His debut album, Comfort in Chaos, reached number two on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Albums chart in 2024, followed by the more autobiographical Ctrl Escape in 2026.
