Tuija Lepo: Pylpyröitä ja puhalluksia is an exhibition of paintings at Maunula House in Helsinki, running from 2 to 30 November 2026. It is shown in the lobby gallery on the 2nd floor. Tuija Lepo works with acrylic paints and markers and follows what she calls the ITE method, where ITE means a self-made, personalised life and art that the maker creates entirely alone, with methods that develop during the making.
The works were made for the joy of painting, and chance often shaped them. A viewer may see lace stockings, whirls of wind, fields of flowers or storms in them, depending on interpretation. Lepo invites people to look for joy in colours in their own lives and to try painting without pressure.
She uses acrylic paints and markers.
