Lo Fidelity Allstars Live in Hull

Lo Fidelity Allstars bring their genre-crossing electronic sound to Hull for a rare live show. Known for their distorted funk bass lines and lo-fi recording practices, the band rose to prominence with their 1998 debut album *How to Operate with a Blown Mind*. After an indefinite hiatus following the death of drummer Johnny Machin in 2018, the group announced a short UK tour for Easter 2026, accompanied by a new compilation album *The Corsair Singles*.

Attendees can expect a set blending classic tracks from the band's catalog, including material from their 2009 album *Northern Stomp*, which was praised for its dance-tinged hybrid sound.
