Red Sea Jazz Festival Eilat

The Red Sea Jazz Festival brings the coast of Eilat alive with an open-air celebration of jazz at the city's port. The programme weaves together international artists and local talent, with workshops at a nearby hotel and nightly jam sessions that extend the music beyond the main concerts. Special collaborative productions are created exclusively for the festival, giving audiences performances they won't see elsewhere.

Set against the port and the sea, the festival is run as a non-profit with support from the municipality and national cultural and tourism bodies, drawing audiences of around 70,000. Anat Cohen is artist in residence for the upcoming edition, while satellite events like Jazz Time at the Dolphin Reef and Jazz in the City showcase young ensembles around town.
