Sei personaggi in cerca d'autore at Teatro Moderno, Latina

Sei personaggi in cerca d'autore is performed at Teatro Moderno in Latina on 6 December 2026, 17:00. Tickets start at EUR 26. The story opens on a stage being prepared for a rehearsal of the second act of a Pirandello play, Il giuoco delle parti.

Six people arrive and tell the head of the company that they are characters created by an author who then refused to write their drama. They ask him to stage it and offer to show it to him. The play is regarded as the first work in Pirandello's trilogy of theatre within theatre, followed by Ciascuno a suo modo and Questa sera si recita a soggetto.
