Set in the serene botanical gardens of CyHerbia in Avgorou, this unique morning workshop blends Vinyasa yoga with a hands-on natural cosmetics session. Participants start with an energising 60-minute yoga flow suitable for all levels, guided by an experienced instructor.
After the yoga, attendees explore the on-site distillation room on a short guided tour, then enjoy a break with herbal tea and refreshments. The highlight is a 60-minute workshop where you create your own natural massage oil using essential oils distilled at the park. Garden entry is included, offering a peaceful connection with nature throughout the experience.
