MUNDOLOGIA-Reihe Freiburg - MUNDOLOGIA: Georgien

MUNDOLOGIA-Reihe Freiburg - MUNDOLOGIA: Georgien is a talk by Bastian Maria at the Paulussaal, Dreisamstraße 3, in Freiburg on Saturday, 20 February 2027, 16:00. Bastian Maria travels through Georgia by camper, over rough mountain tracks and through extreme weather changes. In Tiflis and Batumi, nightlife meets political tension, and modern skylines stand beside derelict sanatoriums.

In the mountains he encounters ancient rituals and riding tournaments, and with the WWF he follows the traces of rare animals. He also meets a choir, a winemaking family and an old mountain doctor. Tickets start at EUR 18.40, and a discount is available.
