Free and Confidential One-to-One Conversation Support, Helsinki

Free and confidential one-to-one conversation support is held at Helsinki Central Library Oodi in Helsinki, starting on 3 November 2026 at 12:00. The meetings take place on Tuesdays in November 2026, from 12:00 to 15:00, in the Aura room on the 2nd floor. Visitors can come to talk about their wellbeing, relationships, everyday stress, difficult life situations, or concerns about their own or a loved one's substance use.
