Employed to Serve, a British metalcore band from Woking, bring their ferocious live show to Newcastle. Formed in 2011 by Justine Jones and Sammy Urwin, the band blends metalcore, mathcore, hardcore punk, post-hardcore, and death metal into a crushing sound. Their upcoming album *Fallen Star* and recent single 'Atonement' (featuring Will Ramos) highlight their ever-evolving intensity.

Attendees can expect a high-energy night of heavy riffs and dynamic vocals as the co-headliners take the stage. With influences from thrash legends like Machine Head and Testament, the set draws from their discography spanning over a decade. The band's album *Conquering* was named the 41st best rock/metal album of 2021 by Loudwire, and the track 'Exist' was voted the 6th best metal song that year.
