Wing Fest is a weekend festival celebrating Buffalo-style chicken wings, held at Sahlen Field in Buffalo, New York. The event features a variety of contests including the US Chicken Wing Eating Championship, amateur sauce competitions, and the Ridiculously Hot Wing Eating Contest.
