Balance & Composure, formed in Doylestown, Pennsylvania in 2007, are regarded as pioneers of the fourth-wave emo movement. Their career includes albums 'Separation' (2011), 'The Things We Think We're Missing' (2013), 'Light We Made' (2016), and the 2024 reunion album 'With You in Spirit'. After disbanding in 2019, they reunited in 2023 and continue to tour.
