Flo and Joan are an English comedy music duo made up of sisters Rosie Dempsey (vocals, percussion) and Nicola Dempsey (vocals, piano), performing together since 2015. The pair grew up in Portsmouth, spent time in Toronto, and are now based in London; their stage names come from their grandmother and her sister.

Their act consists of original comedy songs blending wordplay, political humour and observational comedy. They have appeared on Live at the Apollo, the Royal Variety Performance and The Russell Howard Hour, and released the Amazon Prime special Alive on Stage in 2019. They won the Chortle Award for Best Music & Variety Act in 2018, and in 2024 wrote and performed in One Man Musical, a show about Andrew Lloyd Webber.
