Scorpions are a German hard rock and heavy metal band formed in Hanover in 1965 by guitarist Rudolf Schenker, with vocalist Klaus Meine a continuous member since 1969. They are the first German rock band to sell over 25 million records, with more than 100 million sold worldwide.

About Scorpions
Their album “Love at First Sting” produced the genre standards “Rock You Like a Hurricane” and “Still Loving You”, while the 1990 power ballad “Wind of Change” — a reflection on the end of the Cold War — has sold over 14 million copies. The band continues to tour arenas internationally.
