Pete Roth Trio Featuring Bill Bruford in Verviers

The Pete Roth Trio, a British jazz group formed in 2022, brings their guitar jazz sound to Verviers. The trio features guitarist Pete Roth, bassist Mike Pratt, and drummer Bill Bruford, the former member of Yes and King Crimson. Bruford came out of a 13-year retirement to form this group, initially playing acoustic before moving to electric guitar and bass.

Attendees can expect a set that blends jazz standards with creative interpretations, such as "Billie's Bounce," "Summertime," and a take on Dvořák's "New World Symphony." The trio has toured internationally since 2024, playing dates across Europe and Japan.
