Cyprus runs music events year-round, but the shape of the year is distinct: a dense summer of open-air Greek live nights and beach parties, a cluster of mountain-village festivals in August, a September weekend at BEONIX (ETKO, Limassol) that closes out the ticketed festival season, and the Lemesos Wine Festival carrying things into October.

Quick answer
Still to come in 2026: the Lemesos Wine Festival (26 September – 4 October), the Moonwalk musical walk in Protaras (27 September), Cyprus Rocks — a classic-rock festival in Protaras (1–6 October), and the Mad Mozart symphonic rock show (20–22 October).
Below: what is still ahead, a recap of the summer season that has already run — including BEONIX and the August village festivals — and the practical things that catch people out — ticketing, ages and getting home afterwards.
Still to come in 2026
These are published, dated events with their own pages. The full auto-updating list of everything we track sits further down the page.
The mountain-village festivals
August is when the Troodos villages hold their own festivals, and they are the part of the Cyprus summer that visitors most often miss. They are small, mostly free, run late, and are where you hear Greek live music in front of a local crowd rather than a resort one.
They are also genuinely remote. There is no evening bus back down the mountain, so plan the return leg before you go — most people drive or share a taxi from Limassol, which is about 45 minutes to the higher villages.
The 2026 summer season, recapped
These have finished for 2026. They are the anchors of the Cyprus summer and the ones worth diarising for next year — LMF has already published 2027 dates.

- Protaras Summer Film Festival — open-air screenings, ran 8–26 July 2026
- Paphos Beer Festival — free, on the harbour, ran 5–9 August 2026

Good to know before you go
- Ticketbox is the usual seller for Cyprus festivals. Village festivals and most beach-bar nights are free or pay-on-the-door instead.
- Ticketed festivals are generally 18+ once alcohol is served — bring ID. Village festivals are all-ages and family-heavy in the early evening.
- Cyprus music events start late. A "21:00" live night often means the headline act is on well after 22:30.
- Drive or share a taxi for anything outside a city centre. Evening public transport is thin, and effectively non-existent in the Troodos villages.
- Lineups shift and phase announcements land late. Confirm on the event page or the organiser before you travel.
- What music festivals are left in Cyprus in 2026?
- The Lemesos Wine Festival (26 September – 4 October) and the Moonwalk musical walk in Protaras (27 September) are the nearest still to come, followed by Cyprus Rocks in Protaras (1–6 October) and the Mad Mozart symphonic rock show (20–22 October). BEONIX at ETKO has just run (25–27 September).
- What is the biggest music festival in Cyprus?
- LMF (Loud Music Festival) in Limassol is the largest dedicated music festival — four days at The Warehouse. The 2026 edition ran 2–5 July; LMF 2027 is published for 1–4 July 2027.
- When is BEONIX 2026?
- BEONIX 2026 ran 25–27 September at ETKO in Limassol — the island's main electronic-music festival weekend. Ticketed music events continue into October with Cyprus Rocks (1–6 October) and Mad Mozart (20–22 October).
- Are there free music events in Cyprus?
- Yes, and they are a large share of the calendar. The Troodos village festivals in August are typically free, as is the Paphos Beer Festival, and many beach-bar live nights are pay-on-the-door rather than ticketed.
- Is there anything on in Cyprus in October?
- The Lemesos Wine Festival runs into early October (26 September – 4 October). After that the open-air season winds down and the calendar moves indoors to concert venues and theatres.
