Fira de Festa Major de la Bordeta

The Fira de Festa Major is the heart of Barcelona's Festa Major de la Bordeta, a neighbourhood celebration that fills the Rambla Badal with artisan stalls, local commerce, food producers and community groups. Organised by Badal Bordeta Comerç, the fair runs along the rambla between Constitució and Quetzal, offering a lively daytime atmosphere where visitors can browse crafts, taste local produce and meet the associations that make the barri tick.

Beyond the market stalls, the weekend is packed with traditional Catalan culture. Saturday brings a cercavila of gegants (giants) from Sant Medir, Sants, Poble-sec and Castelldefels, accompanied by the Grallers de Segona and the Colla Bastonera de Sants, followed by a popular sardine dinner with live music and a DJ at the Cantina Lab de Can Batlló. Sunday closes with a correfoc, a fire-run led by the Diables de Sants along Carrer Constitució, a spectacle of fireworks and devils that is a highlight of the festa.
