The Congreso de los Diputados is the lower house of the Cortes Generales, the constitutional body that represents the Spanish people, and it forms a parliamentary complex around the Plaza de las Cortes. No more than 2 requests per person are accepted, and each person may sign up for one activity; anyone wishing to sign up for more activities will be noted for the waiting list.
