Taller: Descubre los quesos artesanos de la Comunidad de Madrid

Taller: Descubre los quesos artesanos de la Comunidad de Madrid takes place on Sunday 25 October 2026 at 11 horas at the Centro de Información y Educación Ambiental de Casa de Campo in Madrid. The workshop is held in collaboration with an organic and artisan cheese maker, where the La Caperuza project will be explained and the importance of extensive or grazing livestock farming and the artisan production of products for the survival of the rural world will be addressed. A commented tasting of goat cheeses and yoghurts of own production will also be carried out.

The workshop is aimed at an adult audience and the estimated duration is approximately 2 hours. It is free of charge and prior registration is essential. Registration can only be made by email to [email protected], and submitting the request does not entitle you to a place; you must receive a confirmation email from the CIEA Casa de Campo.

You can register from 1 month before the date on which the activity is to take place at 00:00 horas. You must provide the name and day of the activity requested, the full name including surnames and age of all participants, and a contact telephone number. You can register a maximum of 4 people including yourself; if the family group is more than 4 members, you can register all of them, with family group considered to be parents and their daughters and sons.

The assignment of waiting list places will be made in strict order of registration. As there is a lot of demand for registrations to the activities, you are asked to confirm participation one week before the activity or cancel it if necessary.
