The info session "Info session: Supported job search for foreign-language speakers – find your path to working life!" takes place at Helsinki Employment Services, Kamppi office in Helsinki on 28 October 2026, 13:00. It introduces Supported Job Search for Foreign-Language Speakers, a service that gives help with job searching and with learning Finnish at work. The service is for people whose Finnish level is at least A2.1 and who can take part in a two-week coaching program after the information session. It is aimed at people interested in working in retail, tourism, the restaurant sector or the real estate sector, and work experience in the field is not required. Participants receive personal guidance and support in a group, and the goal is to find a job and start working. The service is free of charge. After the info session, a specialist assesses whether the service suits the participant and guides them into it. Attendees should bring an identity document, and no pre-registration is needed to attend.
